The previous jeweler’s repair work was sloppy. Howard strongly recommended a new platinum head assembly. He said platinum is much stronger than white gold increasing durability and extending the life of the ring for years. I could have lost the diamond!! When the new mount was inset with the diamond, it looked like a different ring! Even better, he gave me an updated appraisal for insurance purposes. He will recommend not only what HAS to be fixed but also increase the look and value at the same time. Howard will look out for your jewelry! I want to thank you for the time and expertise you put into repairing my watch. As you may remember, the watch was a very nice Bulova watch that my mother gave to my father for his birthday in 1968, a few short years before he died. I do not have much that belonged to him, but I do have his watch and although it is “only a watch” it is very special to me.
